Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Best Friend Tail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
